Software Development: Extensive experience with software development techniques and
approaches: Design Patterns, Microservice Architecture, API Design, API Testing,
Responsive Design, CSS Architecture
Agile: Extensive experience working in an Agile software development environment with
Scrum, Kanban, or similar
Problem Solving: Extensive experience in pragmatic problem solving, focusing on
effectiveness and value
Delivery Management: Knowledge of delivering value to market, managing work and
resources
Project Management: Knowledge of identifying and managing risks, issues, and
dependencies
